HR Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and organised HR Administrator with 2–3 years of strong HR experience to join our team. This role, based in Manchester, offers the opportunity to support a busy HR function while working collaboratively across the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.

Manage HR systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.

Assist with payroll processing and liaise with relevant departments to resolve queries.

Support HR projects, such as policy implementation, employee engagement initiatives, and reporting.

Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence in line with company policies.

Respond to routine HR queries from employees and managers in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements:

2–3 years’ experience in an HR Administrator or similar HR support role.

Strong understanding of HR processes, employment legislation, and best practices.

Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
